The lovely Reiko suffers from a condition known as 'coitophobia' (fear of sexual intercourse), and she has been sent to the Orange Clinic for observation. Another group of doctors possesses the 'Dream Ring' device and uses it to analyze Reiko's madness, sexuality, violence, dreams, and nightmares. However, the doctors at the clinic have more sinister reasons for testing this device on Reiko and secretly put her into a hypnotic state so that they can activate the ring whenever they hear a bell.
