Billy, because of his excellent marksmanship, is hired as an assistant sheriff and develops a fondness for the Chinese workers, helping them on his own. The amnesiac Huang Feihong is taken in by an Indian tribe, and after Aunt Thirteen's persistent search, the two are finally reunited. Meanwhile, the mayor colludes with bandits to profit personally. After an incident, he distances himself from the bandits, resulting in their vengeful retaliation. Huang Feihong, framed by the mayor, stands up and battles the Western bandits...
