Dr. Nobuhiko Terukatsu (played by Kazushige Nagashima), who possesses a righteous heart, gets involved. However, the person in charge intends to develop military robots under the guise of the 'ARK Project'. Following this, Dr. Terukatsu dies mysteriously in an accident, leaving behind his college-going daughter Mizu (played by Aimi Satsukawa) and his minor son Koshin (played by Yuto Ikeda).
